A Family-Run Construction and Modular-Unit Specialist

Following the increased demand for container conversions and flexible modular spaces after COVID, we expanded our family business into the design, conversion and supply of modular units. Creating attractive designs and delivering impressive finishes has always been part of our family tradition. We apply that same care to every office, garden room, studio, salon, living space and storage unit we undertake.

As a family-run business, we understand that a new unit is often being purchased for somebody's home, family or livelihood. We therefore go the extra mile to make the ordering, payment, delivery and installation process as straightforward as possible.

Our main modular building facility is based in Leyland in the North West of England, and we also maintain an operating office in Central London. We are not a huge corporation. We operate with a focused team of fewer than 100 people, and we carefully manage the contracts we accept. Our objective is to complete every accepted project safely, professionally and in accordance with the agreed specification.

We provide protected payment arrangements and state-of-the-art unit tracking from order through to delivery, helping customers follow the progress of their purchase from start to finish.
